What’s new on the Infiniti stand at Geneva? Nissan’s upmarket Infiniti brand officially launched its European range in Geneva, essentially a slimlined and simplified interpretation of its US model line-up: G37 coupe and saloon, EX37 coupe crossover and an all-new V8 coupe crossover to sit at the top of the range: the FX50. The latter model is essentially a scaled up EX37, though the nose treatment is notably bluffer and, to our eyes, a little too severe.
The new Mercedes GLA SUV (pictured) has debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Mercedes may not have been exactly overwhelmingly good at producing a compact car with the old A-Class, but the new A-Class is a very good little car, and it’s rapidly spawning more variants to mop up more sales. We’ve already got the new A-Class and the swoopy-coupe Mercedes CLA and now we get the compact SUV take on the A-Class – the new Mercedes GLA.
The Citroen DS4 Racing - arriving in 2013? You would have expected Citroen to cash in rather more on their enormous world rally champion success. After all, that was surely the point of spending money on going racing in the first place.
